High level Tasks
Install, Exim, Mailman and Fetchmail
Configure Exim to use a relay host back to your hosting provider to send mail
Create a single mailbox on your hosting provider per list
Create aliases on your hosting provider for all of the mailman features (subscribe, unsubscribe, etc) that point to the list mailbox
Configure fetchmail to pull from a mailbox on your hosting provider for the mailbox and aliases
Configre mailman for your list
Hook mailman into the exim config
