Application to dismiss DENIED!

A small victory for the EFF's case against AT&T for its alleged cooperation in the NSA wiretapping program. A judge denied a motion to dismiss based on disclosure of "state secrets." Basically, the judge said ... What secret?? ... Everybody knows about this! My favorite quote:

"Based on the foregoing, it might appear that none of the
subject matter in this litigation could be considered a secret
given that the alleged surveillance programs have been so widely
reported in the media."
